Wonderful in every way. Customer service was fantastic from reception desk to the wait staff in the restaurant. Location unbeatable and the pool with a view is hard to beat. Although the wings are clipped because of COVID and confined to the staycation - doing it at this place, was super-restful and finally felt the holiday vibes. Coming back again soon...

PERFECT WEEKEND IN REGIONAL VICTORIA .
Both my wife and I had a perfect weekend celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary . On arrival to The Hotel our welcome was wonderful , the staff were very helpful realising our important celebration. Our vehicle was safely parked immediately . Our room given to us was a beautiful view across Corio Bay . The situation of the hotel allows to have very nice walks along the lovely beach area . The situation also allows easy walking access to the large Shopping Centres in central Geelong if required . We are from Central Victoria and generally stay in Melbourne , our change to Geelong has certainly changed our thinking for future stays . 3 STAYS IN 3 WEEKS
We love staying at the Novotel on the Waterfront at Geelong! The staff are so friendly and helpful!
We did notice however, that the size of the delicious meal were considerably smaller than previous visits, particularly when we invited 6 friends for lunch recently and they commented on this.
Also we did not have basic amenities such as body lotion and shower caps which I consider essential for ladies.
There are some terrific rooms and packages to enjoy at the Novotel and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!
